Our Leadership: Driven by Vision and Expertise
At the helm of RS & RS Scientific are our esteemed leaders, Dr. Reza Salimi, CEO and Co-Founder, and Dr. Roghaiyeh Safari, COO and Co-Founder. Dr. Salimi, with his Ph.D. in Molecular Medicine, brings a wealth of knowledge in molecular immunopathology. Recognized for his distinguished work in lymph nodes and immunopathology, his expertise in prostate cancer and SCLC research has been pivotal in shaping the company's strategic direction.
Dr. Safari complements this leadership with over 15 years of research experience in molecular medicine, specializing in gene editing and nanoparticle technology. Her deep understanding of cancer therapies, particularly SCLC, and her leadership skills, developed through rigorous training at Imperial College London, are instrumental in guiding our research team. As CSO, she fosters a collaborative and efficient research environment, steering the company towards innovative solutions in cancer treatment.
